Ingredients

  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 2 lbs Chicken Party Wings
  • 2 cups Franks Red Hot
  • 2 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  • Prep your chicken wings by opening them and placing in a large bowl to toss with olive oil. Lightly coat. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay the chicken wings out in a single layer and sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder on one side, then flip and do the other side as well.
  • Bake for 30 minutes on one side then flip all pieces oven and return to over for an additional 30 minutes. *If crispier wings are desired, continue baking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  • While wings are baking, create hot wing sauce by combining Frank's Red Hot, Apple Cider Vinegar and melted Ghee in a bowl.
  • Remove wings from oven when finished baking and toss in the hot sauce to coat.
  • Enjoy! (only one of my kids loves the hot sauce, the other two eat them plain or dip in ranch!)

Notes

You can find any Whole 30 sauce to cover, if you don't like spicy. Try compliant ranch or BBQ...and enjoy!
