This Pop-Up Drive-In is in Glendale With Awesome Halloween Classics!

LA’s longest running pop-up drive-in is located in Glendale and is showing some of the Halloween classics we love! Did you know Los Angeles has a super rich history when it comes to drive-in movies. Back in the 1930s, LA became one of the driving forces behind drive-ins. Car culture became deeply ingrained in the fabric of the city so naturally, drive-in theaters emerged as a popular form of entertainment for the locals.

Over the years, numerous iconic drive-in theaters have graced the Los Angeles landscape, offering a wide variety of films and fostering unforgettable memories for generations of movie lovers. The drive-in movie culture continues to thrive in LA today, with modern adaptations and pop-up events keeping the tradition alive and reminding us of the magical allure of watching movies under the stars!

(Entrance is located on California between Central and Orange. Located in the old Sears Parking lot next to Sears. Go East on California from Central toward Orange so you can make a right into parking lot driveway before you hit Orange)

Our Snack Shack offers a wide variety of candy, popcorn and beverages! You can bring outside food but no alcohol or smoking in the premises.

 If an event is listed “sold-out”, we will NOT have tickets to sell at the gates the day-of. Tickets can open up of last-minute cancellations, inquire in premises only.

We have a check-in list of all reservations. You do NOT need to bring your tickets, but if you don’t bring them, you will need a photo ID in order to check in.

It doesn’t rain in LA! But in case it does, we will have to cancel and get you a refund. You’ll be notified at the email address you’ve provided upon purchase — so make sure it’s legit!

1) There are port-a-potties.

2) We are pet friendly! But for the safety of others, please bring your pet with a leash.

3) Cars are positioned by our parking attendants according to size. For example, an SUV won’t be blocking a Fiat. We make every accommodation possible to allow you the space and comfort you desire, as long as it doesn’t interfere with someone else’s view
