These Genies Are Solving Problems One Wish At A Time. The Newest Shimmer & Shine Is On DVD February 7th!

I know when my kids have found a movie or television show they really, truly like…by how many times they put it on repeat.

And Simmer and Shine is one of those shows for my 6 year old daughter. She loves this wish-granting, magical show from Nickelodeon. Shimmer, Shine and their genie friends

I think what my daughter loves most about this series is the fun way they problem solve..using magic!

“I like their ‘wishing magic.’ I like that they grant wishes.” says my 6 year old.

I love this too, as I think the kids love anything where they can give themselves the power to imagine and make believe. She likes to imagine what wishes she’d wish for and what she’d look like as a genie.

‘Friendship Divine’ includes 8 episodes where Shimmer and Shine share adventures in their land of Zahramay Falls and introduces us to new friends and sneaky villains. Using magic, music and friends…they get it done. It’s a very positive, encouraging program and my kids all love it. (My 11 year old won’t confess to that…but mother’s know these things)

This DVD has been a huge hit in our home and if you’ve got some NickJr fans…it will be in your home too.
This DVD is available February 7th…just in time for a magical Valentine’s Day gift!
