Primal Kitchen and Whole30 go hand in hand for me. Many years ago, when I was introduced to Whole30, most of these products, and other awesome alternatives out there, did not exist. The no crap product game has come a long way. I actually make most of my seasonings and dressings myself these days, but Primal Kitchen is a staple in my refrigerator. BUT..they are not all created the same. I’ve had some products that are not fantastic that I would not get again.
I want to be clear that I love these products because I don’t just want things that have sugar replaced with artificial stuff…I want to have real food without sugar that actually tastes good and has no filler.

The list below are 10 products I have tried and use regularly. They’re in no particular order of love on my end, but I do have a couple favorites. 🙂

Golden BBQ Sauce
Okay, I lied. This is truly, truly my favorite and so this one comes first on my list. I can’t explain why I love this one so much, other than it’s awesome and we all use it in my home on any protein as a condiment. We don’t need to be doing a Whole30 to use this. It’s a staple. I think I could eat it by the spoonful…but I refrain.

Tomato Basil Marinara
Quite honestly, after many years of Whole30, I’ve discovered I prefer to make my own marinara, but I can’t always get my act together, so this is a fantastic option to keep in the pantry for a quick meal addition. Marinara Sauce

Buffalo Sauce
My favorite way to use this sauce (which I sometimes find at Costco in giant bottles) is with shredded chicken with tomatoes on a bed of lettuce or in a boat-style wrap with romain lettuce.

Mayo
This is another one of those items I prefer to make myself. (Yes making mayonnaise is easier than you think) but of all the ‘sugar free’ ones I’ve tried, this one is pretty good. I use it to make ranch dips, spread on sandwiches and make my deviled eggs with.

Steak Sauce
When I tell you I love A1 Steak Sauce, I’m not lying. I would put A1 on anything…but when I’m eating no sugar, it’s not on the menu. I had reservations about this one…but I’ll admit this is pretty darn good. I particularly love it on pork chops.

Buffalo Mayo
This mayo is something I love on a lettuce wrapped BLT. Or a lettuce wrapped breakfast sandwich. You’re welcome.

Collagen Peptides
Every time I’ve lost weight, even the right way and very slowly…I loose hair. It happens every time, honestly. Now, I think the science is out on whether or not this might help, but I feel like it does. I get the unflavored and add it to my morning coffee. Easy.

Spicy Brown Mustard
Having a brown mustard in your back pocket to use for anything is a bonus. Regular mustard is always sugar free and I love me some mustard…but this stuff on whole30 approved sausages..amazing!

Balsamic Vinaigrette
This is the best basic dressing you can have on hand. For all the sugar free things.
