What Is The Hot Wheels Ultimate Drive-Thru?
“The Hot Wheels Ultimate Drive-Thru was a natural fit for us. We are always trying to think of how to best engage Hot Wheels fans — and because we can’t tour the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live show right now, we wanted to create something new. This Drive-Thru will be a safe way to do something new, unexpected, creative and fun,” said Ken Hudgens, President & CEO of Raycom-Legacy Content Company. “This attraction will capture the Challenger spirit of Hot Wheels — both in theme with Hot Wheels Monster Trucks and legendary Hot Wheels cars, and the way the whole experience is presented.”
The unique, kid-focused experience offers fans a rare opportunity to travel through the largest life-size collection of Hot Wheels vehicles ever including iconic Deora® II, Twin Mill®, Rip Rod®, Loop Coupe® and Bone Shaker®. Also starring in the lineup will be the original Monster Truck, BIGFOOT® and its extraordinary fleet featuring the popular BIGFOOT® #5, the world’s tallest and heaviest monster truck! Other fan favorites include Tiger Shark, Demo Derby, V8 Bomber® and many more!

As guests travel through in the comfort of their own vehicle, they will drive into the world of Hot Wheels with vehicles displayed in epic ways while listening to an exciting and educational audio companion, plus a special in-car photo experience.
“We are always looking for new ways for fans of all ages to engage with our portfolio of iconic brands,” said Julie Freeland, Senior Director of Mattel Global Location Based Entertainment.
“With our new Hot Wheels Ultimate Drive-Thru, we were committed to finding a completely new way for fans to experience our vehicles from the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live arena show, from the safety of their cars. This will be an amazing attraction for families this holiday season, especially the kids!”

we’ve been reading together and family game night was already a staple
Reading together has been amazing! We’re currently on The Witches by Roald Dahl.
This is so cool! I love that there are still safe things to do with the kids. We did our first drive in movie night at the LA Zoo and it was so fun.
We missed the LA Zoo drive in, but did the Stranger Things… it was fantastic!
Thank you Burbank Mom for always keeping us up to date on events around town. I really appreciate you and all your hard work!
Thank you Holly! Good Luck!
B may be a bigger kid now (He’s 11)… but he’s still very much a Hot Wheels kid. Our favorite COVID Safe family activity has been either going to tide pool beaches or playing Jackbox games together.
Can you believe I’ve NEVER been to a tide pool?? Like, besides at the Aquarium. What’s your favorite one?
OmGosh! Are you serious!? Hands down Abalone Cove/Sacred Cove in Rancho Palos Verdes.. but make sure you check the tide charts. Best to go when the tide is low. Park at Abalone Cove and then hike to Sacred Cove. (Sturdy shoes or hiking boots are best). There’s more to see at Sacred Cove but the parking is at Abalone. It’s worth the hike. Pack a lunch in a backpack. 🙂
We planted a garden and got baby chicks who are now chickens! It’s been quite the distraction from all the crazy and we should be getting eggs from the hens soon! 🙂
That’s amazing! I think it’s great how productive and creative many of us have been with our time.
My kids have been camping in the backyard every weekend!
We’ve been staying at home and going outside more.. playing board games and teaching my son. 🙂
