All are welcome, no matter your denomination or religious background .It’s hosted by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints here in Burbank.
Church members and their friends bring together and display hundreds of nativity scenes, also known as creches, collected from all over the world, some are newly acquired, others passed down for generations. Additionally, the festival features a live nativity, children’s crafts and Christmas carols provided by a wide variety of artists and musicians.
“The Nativity Festival is truly a labor of love, an expression of our belief in Jesus Christ, and our gift to the community.”
This festival includes not only the display of the nativities, but a series of Christmas music performed by many local talent, schools and churches, including our very own Emerson Elementary School Chorus and Jefferson Elementary School Choir.
