Cela Cafe Is A Hidden Mediterranean Gem In Burbank

If you’ve not stepped inside Cela Cafe yet, here’s your notice to do so. Last week, my daughter and I were invited in to try a few items from the menu and take a peek inside the newly remodeled space. I’m so glad we did, because we love Mediterranean food in our home, but find it difficult to find really great food, quickly.

My daughter and I split a Pest Chicken Wrap and a traditional Greek salad. But the best part, we both agreed on, were the sauces!! Holy delicious, Batman. Their pesto and Greek dressing are both made in house and were truly delicious. We followed it up with a fresh smoothie made with strawberries and blueberries. It was the perfect dessert.

Cela is Locally owned and operated by a husband and wife team who both graduated from Burbank High School. I chatted for a while with both of time, and it’s quite clear they love what they’re doing and take great pride in creating such a fresh, delicious menu. The location was previously Tasty/Healthy bites and they spent time remodeling the entire restaurant, including an open patio out back to dine in.
