I was treated to an amazing lunch today at @celacafe on Magnolia Blvd in Burbank.
You know what I absolutely love about this place?? I mean, besides the fantastic menu… I love the fact that the owners are a husband and wife team who are Burbank natives and met while attending Burbank high school!
How awesome is that!
My daughter and I shared a Chicken Pesto Panini, a traditional Greek Salad and a Strawberry and Blueberry smoothie.  I have nothing but positive things to say about all three items. I’ll write a full review over at BurbankMom.com   But be sure to join Cela Cafe in their Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, September 30th when they cut their ribbon with the @theburbankchamber

I love it when I discover the additional talents that already talented people have…like making macarons that taste like little clouds of fluffy heaven droppings…when you’re the band and orchestra director at Burbank High School.

This was definitely one of the most difficult thin

This was definitely one of the most difficult things I’ve had to do… take a kid across the country and leave her there.
I know we’ve done our job as parents when she’s really ready to fly. I’m so proud of my kids, all of them and to get to see the launch of our first one, it’s so incredibly humbling.

Our Burbank @costco is carrying the Beef and Russet Potato meals that are:   Preservative Free 100% human grade food (that means you and I could eat it)  Cooked in the packaging making them shelf stable
Easy to travel 36 calories per ounce
Made in the USA
Needless to say, Mando loved them.
How could he not with Ground Beef, Beef Liver, Potatoes, Carrots, Peas, Cod Liver Oil as just a few of the whole ingredients?!  
To be honest, he’s a dog who’s more of a fan of homemade dog food, anyway…so this is a perfect fix for us!

Mando is what I would call a little guy with big taste. Anything that’s as close to fresh food as possible is what will win over his little belly.
I went in to @costco #Burbank this week to try out some food from @justfoodfordogs and there’s no doubt about how good I feel giving this to him.

My kids don’t ask to go to Hawaii. They don’t ask to go to Disneyland. They ask to go to #Michigan. ❤️
Our summers in Michigan are always so incredible. Family makes it what it is, though. It’s family.
We have only a few days left before heading back home to California and again, we’ve had a seriously amazing, blessed time.

My little tadpole, Nougat, has sprouted his arms! He gets clean water about every three days, but pretty soon, he’s going to be sitting up on his big rock!
Did you know it takes a #bullfrog #tadpole 2-3 years to become a frog!?
We’ve had this guy since February and he must have been pretty far along…because here we are.
I cannot even describe how much fun it is to watch this transformation happen.
