The Burbank Tournament of Roses Association is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that designs, builds and decorates the City of Burbank’s entry into the annual Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade. This year’s entry, entitled “Lights, Camera, Action” was inspired by a design submission by Bill and Carol Cotter from Granada Hill and Stacia Martin from Brea. This is their third time winning the Design Contest (previous floats were 2005’s “Dinner’s on…FIRE!” and 2008’s “Oktoberfest”).This year’s float one the Fantasy Trophy for its exceptional use of movement.
Because the Burbank Tournament of Roses Association is an all-volunteer organization, they are always in need of help and support.
