Monte Carlo Italian Deli
What they have: Gelato and lots of it! Gelato is the Italian word for ice cream and is lower in fat content and denser than regular ice cream. It’s served on the softer side so you can enjoy its texture. Monte Carlo has 24 flavors of Gelato and/or Sorbet served by the scoop in a cup, in a waffle cone or to go in ½ liter and 1 liter insulated containers.
Ashley’s Recommendation: Pistachio Gelato on a waffle cone
Location: 3103 W Magnolia Blvd. Burbank 91505
Quenelle
What they have: Artisanal, hand-made, small-batch ice cream and sweet treats such as root beer floats, ice cream, bars, popsicles, and ice cream sandwiches. The flavors are always changing so there’s always something new when you come in.
Ashley’s Recommendation: Fruity Pebble Ice Cream Bar
Location: 2214 W Magnolia Blvd. Burbank 91506 (Cash only)
North Pole Snow Cream
What they have: “Cooler than ice, softer than snow” Choose a bowl or make a snow burger then choose your flavor, toppings, drizzles and enjoy!
Ashley’s Recommendation: Try their new Dragon’s Breath! They’re popcorn sized balls made with liquid nitrogen that will have you breathing out smoke like a giant mythological creature.
Location: 201 E Magnolia Blvd. Burbank 91502. (1st floor of the Burbank Town Center)
Frach’s Fried Ice Cream Truck

Boba Loca
What they have: Boba (Tapioca) milk tea! Boba are big, soft, and chewy tapioca balls that sit at the bottom of your drink. You suck up the gelatinous balls through a huge straw and chew on them while you drink.
