(Make sure to read all the way to the end for a special Easter Bunny breakfast announcement!)
1. The Hard Rock Café restaurants, while located in more “touristy” venues, are very, very involved in the community—making them more much, much more than tourist traps. The Hard Rock Café restaurants in our area work to benefit local charities and do extensive fundraising for My Friends’ Place—an organization that provides homeless young people with comprehensive resources to turn their lives around. Hard Rock’s efforts including hosting art auctions featuring works by My Friends’ Place youth and a yearly 5K and 10K that benefits the organization. An organization this dedicated to benefiting the young people of Los Angeles, is clearly more than a tourist spot; it is an important part of the community.
3. The kids menu at the Hard Rock Café cannot be beat. Seriously. My kids have tasted everything on the menu and they loved all of it—even stuff they wouldn’t normally crave like the kids’ salad. The meals are served in an adorable guitar-shaped plate and children are given an extensive activity packet that keeps them quite busy while mom and dad chat.
And speaking of this Saturday, the Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood at Universal CityWalk will be featuring a breakfast buffet along side their Hard Rockin’ Bunny. The breakfast takes place from 9 until 11a.m. and is a fun opportunity for Easter Bunny photos in a very family friendly environment. Kids will also get a special goodie bag!
The breakfast buffet includes a pancake bar amongst other hot and cold breakfast items for $15 per person (not including tax and gratuity). Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations can be made by calling (818) 622-7660.
