By now you are sure to have heard about or seen the adorable Little Free Libraries popping up all around Burbank. The concept is “take a book, return a book”, but it can be so much more than that. Childhood literacy, sense of community and honoring a loved one are just some of the reasons this Little Free Library steward loves having one. I’ve heard people say they feel weird walking up to someones yard to take a book or they don’t have a book on hand to contribute but I can assure you that both are ok! Little Free Library stewards love when their libraries are visited and are happy to have you. All you have to do is visit! We are lucky enough to have several in our city to patronize. This list will be updated as more open!
